Occupied staging is the art of enhancing a lived-in home by utilizing your current furnishings while strategically incorporating select staging elements to make the space photograph to its maximum advantage, feel spacious, and appeal to the most broad audience. We refine each room by decluttering, rearranging, and layering in key design elements to ensure your home photographs beautifully and captures buyers’ attention. Our goal? To highlight your home’s best features and create a lasting first impression that translates into stronger offers.
Our Process:
- Consultation: – Every home is unique, which is why we begin with an in-home consultation. Our designer will spend 1–2 hours walking through your space, offering expert recommendations. You’ll receive a customized blueprint with step-by-step guidance for a DIY approach. Prefer a hands-off experience? If you choose to move forward with our full staging services, your consultation fee will be credited toward the final staging cost.
- Proposal Within two business days, you’ll receive a tailored staging proposal outlining the best strategy for Prime Home Staging to supplement decor and furnishings to best showcase your home.
- Contract, Invoice & Calendar Once you approve the proposal, we’ll send over the agreement, invoice, and staging date confirmation—securing your spot in our calendar.
- Delivery & Setup– On staging day, our expert movers and designers will arrive to elevate your home’s presentation, ensuring it’s buyer-ready.
- Destaging. – When your home is nearing closing, your listing expires, or your staging contract ends, our expert moving team will seamlessly remove our furniture, making the process simple and stress-free. A minimum of 5 days' notice is required to schedule destaging.
