Kara Vallenari 
Founder + CEO

Kara is a Denton, TX native with a passion for bold transformations. Her journey began at the University of North Texas, where she studied Interior Design and honed her creative edge. After college, she pursued real estate, earning her license and following in the footsteps of her family’s real estate investment business. It was during this time that Kara discovered the perfect marriage of her passion for interior design and her real estate experience. While working with real estate investors, she found herself naturally offering valuable remodeling advice that not only improved homes’ aesthetics but also maximized their market potential. This role evolved into something bigger, eventually morphing into Prime Home Staging, which she launched 11 years ago.
At Prime Home Staging, Kara and her team believe that every space deserves to shine, no matter its purpose. Kara’s attention to detail and love for creating beauty stem from her childhood, when she would elevate everyday tasks like homework by setting out floral arrangements and candles, creating an atmosphere that made even routine tasks feel extraordinary. This philosophy carries into her work, where she creates spaces that are warm, inviting, and uniquely memorable. Whether it’s a luxury property or a cozy family retreat, Kara and her team take pride in helping homes feel their absolute best.
Outside of work, Kara enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants, experimenting in the kitchen, creating art, and tackling organization projects. She believes every space should have a unique vibe—something beautiful, functional, and unforgettable.

Kate Dickerson 
Office Manager

Kate, originally from Indiana, has called the vibrant DFW area home for the past seven years. She holds a degree in Tourism, Conventions, and Event Management from Indiana University–Indianapolis. With over a decade of experience in retail management and nonprofit business leadership, she has been instrumental in developing several successful startup nonprofit organizations, bringing a unique combination of strategic vision and operational expertise. Her entrepreneurial spirit, combined with a passion for community impact, makes her an invaluable asset to Prime.
Kate recently embarked on the incredible journey of motherhood and is a proud mom to her son. She seamlessly balances the joys and challenges of parenting with her career, embracing both with grace and dedication.
Outside of work, Kate loves spending quality time with her family and exploring new destinations. She enjoys traveling back to Indiana to visit her hometown and discovering new wines. Recently, she has been focused on decorating her new home in South Dallas, blending her personal style with creative touches. In her downtime, Kate loves diving into her favorite TV shows and has developed a passion for murder mystery and romance novels.

Amber Marie Stuckey 
Partner & Designer

Amber is the second partner of Prime Home Staging,
​CEO of Southern Chic Group, and a realtor with Associates Realty, a Robert Elliott brokerage. She is also a member of the Texas Realtor Association and the NAR.  
A background in musical theatre, commercial and print publications, and a 14 year Toe Pointe Ballet, her creativity level clearly shows in her designs.  Amber’s work is known for well-rounded aesthetics, and culturally derived inspirations.  
When she's not working you can find her with her two Dachshunds traveling the world. 

Mackenzie Johnson
Assistant Designer

Mackenzie, originally from Bryan, Texas, studied interior design at Sam Houston State University. She brings a creative eye and a passion for transforming spaces to her role at Prime. Outside of work, Mackenzie is an artist who loves exploring her creativity through various mediums, often joined by her golden retriever, Flynn. Together, they enjoy creating art and finding inspiration in the beauty of everyday life.
