About Prime Home Staging

Kara, a Denton, TX native, has built her career on a passion for bold transformations and beautiful spaces. She began her journey at the University of North Texas, where she studied Interior Design and developed a strong creative foundation.

After earning her real estate license and working in her family's real estate investment business, Kara quickly recognized the perfect blend of her two passions: design and real estate. This led her to launch Prime Home Staging more than 11 years ago.

Her signature style—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully detailed—stems from her lifelong appreciation for creating meaningful atmospheres. Whether preparing a luxury listing or a cozy family home, her goal is always the same: to create spaces that are beautiful, functional, and unforgettable.

Outside of work, Kara enjoys time with her family, exploring new restaurants, experimenting in the kitchen, creating art, and taking on organization projects.

Amber is the second partner of Prime Home Staging, CEO of Southern Chic Group, and a realtor with Associates Realty, a Robert Elliott brokerage. She is also an active member of both the Texas Realtor Association and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

With a diverse background in musical theatre, commercial and print media, and over 14 years of classical ballet training, Amber brings a unique creative perspective to her work.

Her designs are celebrated for their balance, sophistication, and cultural influences, creating spaces that feel both inspired and timeless.

When she's not staging homes or serving her real estate clients, Amber enjoys traveling the world with her two Dachshunds by her side—always finding new experiences and inspirations to fuel her creative vision.

Originally from Indiana, Kate has proudly called the vibrant Dallas–Fort Worth area home for the past seven years. She holds a degree in Tourism, Conventions, and Event Management from Indiana University–Indianapolis.

With more than a decade of experience in retail management and nonprofit leadership, Kate has played a key role in launching several successful nonprofit startups. Her combination of strategic vision, operational expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit makes her an invaluable part of the Prime Home Staging team.

Kate recently embraced the incredible journey of motherhood and is a proud mom to her son. She balances the joys of family life with her professional career, approaching both with grace, dedication, and heart.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys traveling, decorating her new home in South Dallas, and relaxing with a good murder mystery or romance novel.

Originally from Bryan, Texas, Mackenzie studied Interior Design at Sam Houston State University. She brings a sharp creative eye and a passion for transforming spaces to her role at Prime Home Staging.

Mackenzie contributes to crafting designs that are both functional and inspiring, helping create spaces that truly shine for every client.

Outside of work, Mackenzie channels her creativity as an artist, exploring a variety of mediums to express her ideas. She often finds inspiration alongside her golden retriever, Flynn, who accompanies her on adventures and creative pursuits.

Together, they embrace the beauty of everyday life as a source of artistry and joy.
