Looking for a few staged pieces to supplement your existing furniture?  We offer occupied staging to add an extra pop to your existing decor. Our designer can both embellish your existing furniture and add pieces of ours to create an appealing space for potential buyers.

Steps: 

• Consultation: Because each home is different, an in-home consultation is recommended.  A designer will spend around one  hour working with you to create a plan for your space. 
• Proposal You will receive a proposal tailored to your property’s staging needs within one business day.
• Contract, Invoice & Calendar We send you our agreement to sign and reserve a date to stage your property!
• Delivery & Setup On staging day, our expert movers arrive to help transform your home for a quick sale. 
• Destaging. Our stellar moving team returns to make returning our furniture simple and stress-free!  We require a 5 day notice to schedule destaging. 

Pricing:  
$350 for an in-person staging consultation and bid. This will be credited towards your staging total if you choose to move forward with the quote. 
$200 for a virtual staging consultation which includes a written report with our suggestions on what you can do to make your listing pop.
